[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

The celebration's echoes had began to die down at the edges of the temple, alcohol taking the Crabs back to their nests to rest. Within the silence and stillness in the dark, the ghastly investigator, took other sip of her ale, contemplating life, maybe wanting to take a lesson or wisdom from these last weeks.

She thought that the raid would be her moment of victory and vindication. A plot foiled, a little glory, betterment for her future home, yet, here she was unable to really enjoy it.

"Shiwahime.." she mumbled, the woman who had given her life for Nakahama's stability dripped from her limps.

The temple was getting quiet

The festivities were slowing down for sure but there was something else. The sensitive and the observant might feel without knowing that something not quite right.

A cold breeze swept through and one by one the candles near Ichitaiyo would begin to go out, leaving unnaturally long trails of smoke drifting in the air.

Then the sound of hooves began to be heard...and get closer.

All at once the smoking candles blazed anew with a pale white flame

''You called?'' a voiced seemed to echo behind the dragon

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo gaped her mouth for one long moment.. as the visitor from meido responded to her call, a mix of shock, fear and relief rolling together. She knew many things, of realms, of kami, of so on, but it was always seen from a distance, alien to her, as if she was spiritually deadened..

But here she was, for her.

"Moto Shiwahime, is that you?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

A large pale horse walked into view, ridden by an equally large woman in white armor. The armor had something ancient about it but it also seemed new in it's design. The visualization of it seemed to shift with each moment but it always remained a white riding armor and just like the horse, it was not just white...it was a white so pale that one could not conceive of it existing amongst the living.

The woman wearing the armor was familiar if semi-translucencent.

It was Moto Shiwahime

''Of course it's me! Who else?'' she replied with a laugh

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo stood up in awe of the shifting image, the larger than life spirit that was passing. At least, she would go over the other side in good terms.

"The one I met had.. Uhn.. Okay, I'm out of wit. You look... great for being dead if you allow me to say so."

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime quirked an eyebrow

''The one you met? I am not the first ghost youv'e seen?'' she asked quite surprised, her voice sounded near but there was an impression of distance
''Well damn. At least tell me that my ghostly apparition was theatrical enough...Iv'e not been dead for long but I thought it was a good start!''

She did seem to be in good humor for a dead woman

''Thanks!'' she grinned ''I hope my awesome ghostly visage is not the thing that caused your loss of your legendary wit!''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"I meant to say the Shiwahime I had met." Ichitaiyo corrected herself, looking up the ghost with some awe..

"Well I'd ask how.. are you feeling. Or how are you doing. But... yeah. Well, I'm glad the Wheel had determined you cool enough to stick as you are for a while before you get cycled. Oughta tell the other Unicorn you're alright and all."

And she tilted her head. "I guess I owe you a guess over which fact was fake, right?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime smirked then unmounted ''I guess you do''

She came close as the horse moved away giving them some privacy ''I am Shiwahime, yet I am not. I am a ghost, afterall...I am changed, I can tell you that. You could say that I am at peace now that I have been judged and found worthy. The troubles I had in life seems far away now...Even if I passed only yesterday.''

She glanced at the horse

''The Shi-Tien Yen-Wang are traditionalists so no white ghostly motorcycle for now.''

It neighed as a response

''No...I won't replace you, you drama queen'' she replied before returning her full attention to Ichitaiyo ''Your first guess, if you please''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"The broken pelvis part." Ichitaiyo guessed with confidence, an arm falling onto her pocket.

"I mean, I wholly believe you're capable of that, but you wouldn't really be impressed by someone so.. fragile as to lay with them."

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime grinned and snapped her ghostly fingers ''Aaaand...wrong!''

She laughed ''You either presume I wouldn't have been drunk enough to hate fuck someone or that it was even a sex related event in the first place. I know I looked good but please get your mind out of the gutter, dear.''

She raised a second finger

''Second try''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Excuse you, between us you were the first one to bring it up! I was just looking for friends." And Ichitaiyo poked her tongue to the ghost, before settling back into thought.

It was hard. It could be either the easy picking one in the theatre, which could absolutely be also a trick to make her fall into a mistake again. Or the ludicrous one on the shark-ogre.

"Then the fake one would be the part where you choked a ogre-shark to death?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

Could a dead woman's eye glimmer? Is sure seemed so at this moment

''Aaaand....wrong! That actually happened! It's how I lost my arm, actually. I was not alone in slaying the beast but I did strangle it until it died with my chains...and that was after it bit my arm off.''

She raised a third finger

''Third try!''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Kami-dammit... Eesh. I guess I'll walk into the obvious trap. You aren't interested in theatre." Ichitaiyo replied, as she crossed her arms and pouted. At least the ghost couldn't go around besmirching her Investigator credentials.

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime was now the smuggest ghost to have ever walked this world ''Aaaand...wrong!'' she replied, snapping her fingers

''I love theatre. It as not always been the case tho. I met the actress Shosuro Kashinako back on new Kalani...I was a much different person then...angrier. We had a love affair...it did not last long as our paths were not going in the same direction but she encouraged me to share in her love of the scene. It...was nice having someone see you differently. To see in you something more then what the world would try to reduce you to.''

She closed her eyes, briefly. She reopened them with a smile

''Fourth try''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"No. Nonononono- You have to be shitting me that you actually like driving slow?" Ichitaiyo facepalmed, flastergasted by the whole ordeal. "I'm glad I'm not a ghost detective now."

[Moto Shiwahime]

The ghost snorted "Aaaand...wrong"

"Honestly...did I look like somebody's grandma? I loved pushing my ride to the limits. The feeling of the acceleration in my blood reminded me that I was alive. That despite all that happens I was still moving forward."

She raised the last finger

"Last try?"

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Death Priest Boss." Ichitaiyo finally concluded, with defeat on her shoulders.

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime raised her hand again "And.... wrong"

She smiled wide, waiting for the detective to understand what had happened

"He is a death priest. I always thought that he was sending me to secret tests with these vacations but I am not too sure now"

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Oh you inmaterial bastard!" Ichitaiyo cursed with a laugh, bending over and slapping her knee.

"You got me!"

[Moto Shiwahime]

''HA!'' Shiwahime roared with laughter ''Took you long enough for being a great detective with superb wit!''

She crossed her arms, thriumphant

''I tell no lies to my friends. You should have figured that out first!''
