[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

The coastline was a rider's paradise, with long and winding roads, perfect visibility down the straights, and the morning breeze caressing anyone who rolled around it's area.

And Ichitaiyo needed to run away, after the events of the last three days, she needed freedom, she needed to not care. And renting a sports bike and just shooting into the horizon seemed like a good idea at the moment.

Now, there she was stopped and looking it over from all angles, trying to figure why it wasn't advancing.

The coastline's roads were perfect for many things...driving or running

Just so happens that someone's run had been interrupted by some dumbass at the town's temple and she was not quite happy about it. There was nothing that could be done, however, so she was just jogging back to her bike in Tenjin Town still in her sports attire.

But it seemed someone had bike problems.

''Hey there'' she called out, jogging towards the person ''Bike problems?''

The helmeted person perked up, recognizing the voice, and turned to face the Unicorn. Ichitaiyo promptly took off her helmet and let her white hair roll, and bowed before the buff rider.

"Moto-san. It is a pleasure to see you." And then stared over to her rental. It wasn't exactly a sports bike, but a touring one, beaten through years of service. "I decided to.. use of these last days to learn to ride a motorbike. And as I was riding, the throttle suddenly seemed to do nothing, and then it died down."

[Moto Shiwahime]

''Oh, Kitsuki-san!'' the large moto smiled at the familiar face, eyes following the hair unfurl ''It had been a while since we've talked!''

Shiwahime followed the dragon's gaze towards the motorcycle and listened to her woe

''Ah! I see'' she gave a nod towards the town and grinned ''If I get it to work, will you give me a lift to my own rental?''

Ichitaiyo nodded firmly. "Of course- If you don't mind me driving like a granny."

Her eyes followed the Moto, as she wondered what could be the issue.

Which was a quite simple problem- the Investigator had managed to snag the fuel cock closed, and choked the engine. Flipping it back on and a couple starter kicks should solve it. Which spoke of how out of depth the Kitsuki was.

''Ha! Don't worry, I won't judge your first ride...and that'll allow us to talk''

She knelt towards the bike and inspected it

''Ah, you snagged the fuel cock closed and choked the engine. You also triggered the kill switch.''

The appropriate adjustment were made

''That should be it''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

''Ha! Don't worry, I won't judge your first ride...and that'll allow us to talk''

She knelt towards the bike and inspected it

The appropriate adjustment were made

''That should be it''

"Fuel what? Kill switch?" Ichitaiyo blinked in confusion. "What even is a kill switch? Sounds like a self-destruct button."

''Sounds like it but it's actually a vital safety feature...it is almost always located on the right handlebar.'' She pointed the button ''It allows you to quickly stop the engine which is essential during emergencies''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo peered over the handlebar and hummed in thought, now wondering the cases. "In what situations should I turn off the engine? Heck, I wouldn't know what to do besides throwing myself off the bike if suddenly a car came face on towards me."

[Moto Shiwahime]

''I case of fire, leak, over charge...shutting down a power source can go a long way considering all the ways things can go wrong considering it might turn into a bomb between your legs''

She chuckles

''Not the nice kind of bomb though.''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

The Investigator let a bark of a laugh. "Are there any good bombs to have between your legs?"

She moved over the bike and began to kick the starter, where after some tries it roared to life.

''Mmmmhmmm'' Shiwahime quirked an eyebrow ''A shame you have to ask that question''

She then eyed the backseat

''Permission to embark?''

''Mmmmhmmm'' Shiwahime quirked an eyebrow ''A shame you have to ask that question''

Ichitaiyo put her hands in her chest, playfully wincing as if her heart had been hurt after underatanding the meaning.

Done with that, she thumbed back to the backaeat. "Mount in, Moto-san. Where did you leave your steed?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

''Not too far'' she pointed in the direction ''It's near a noodle shop in town''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Received, let's go!"

And Ichitaiyo rode onwards! If that could be called forwards. She did not lie about going slow. But was faster than running at least.

"So, when does this get less scary?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

''Leave it a couple of rides, your senses will adapt to the movement and filter excess information.'' At that speed her leg strength was enough to hold into the bike

''But it's always a little scary...it's part of the thrill''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

She began to push a little more. Just a little. Turning from moving obstacle to slow rider.

"And ever had some bad accidents?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

''Accidents...a few. A bad accident?'' she pondered the question ''Only once when on the job. It was a chase turned bad...and I was getting shot at so...that might not be the best exemple for a leisurely ride''

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Wow. Why were you in a chase? Do you ocassional law enforcement too?" She kept conversing, riding at ease.

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime quirked an eyebrow

''Law enforcement is my job Kitsuki-san. My team and I are manhunters but we also often act as heavy reinforcement for remote magistratures.''
