Regarding the Hacker event, given the information advantage a clan or player will have by withhold their actions until the last moment, I would like to request if, instead we could do our rolls in secret and play to post the RP teasing each other about the truth. It plays twofold into the aspects of secrecy regarding the relationships between clans and characters in narrative terms and assures that metagame is not done.

I like the idea, but unfortunately we have not found the pbp way to perform rolls in secret; all dice rolled are logged and are available for everyone to search.

Hm, what sort of spells? If it's like a pre-event buff, yes. If it's like healing, that will cost you an action. More or less, the wound penalties are meant to be there to deter, so trying to reduce them will be a meaningful action required.

Gachapon Machines (Repeatable twice, only)
Gachapon machines are found on all three levels of Gacha Umi, with some older machines even creeping up the stairway toward the arcade found on the fourth floor. While not quite in the spirit of the held event, Yasuki Wai has found it difficult to turn away her regular revenue base if her patrons wish to continue to spend their time on fishing for certain gachapon collectables. For this occasion, there is a bounty put up for certain items, which can be traded in for a number of tickets towards a greater prize.

To find a gachapon machine with the most items on the bounty list, a player may make either an Investigation(Notice)/Perception or a Hunting/Perception skill roll at TN10. On either success or failure, the player then rolls 1d100 on the Gachapon table, adding +10 to the result if the previous roll was a success and an additional +10 for each successful Called Raise.

1-40: The player receives a common gachapon item worth 0 Tickets.
41-60: The player receives an uncommon gachapon item worth 100 Tickets.
61-69: The player receives a rare gachapon item worth 200 Tickets.
70-79: The player receives a super rare gachapon item worth 400 Tickets.
80-89: The player receives an ultra-rare gachapon item worth 600 Tickets.
90-100: The player receives a mythic-rare gachapon item worth 1000 Tickets.
Natural 100: The player receives a unique-rare gachapon item worth 2000 Tickets or 1 Bid Point.

Am I understanding correctly that if you get a total of 100 (or more) you get the Unique-Rare worth 2k tickets, or does it have to be a natural 100 on a d100 (so you can't boost your chances with Raises to get the highest reward)?

If you get 100 or more with the help of bonuses (in the previous roll), you only get this

90-100: The player receives a mythic-rare gachapon item worth 1000 Tickets.

It has to be a natural 100 to get the last prizing of the unique-rare gachapon. If you get like +30 on your previous roll. And you roll a 130 (100+30), that still counts as a natural 100.

Traceable, as in if they know it's coming from you or they know that you're using your inheritance? I have to admit that I didn't exactly foresee people needing their hack, especially idea is that you're pointing out flaws publicly rather than mysteriously hacking from an uninvited source. It might make for a general security concern than information used in an exhibition.

In the arcade event the Moshi Moshi Super Sunrise, if you raised on the 3 but failed 1 do you get the max or is it just the 100 per successful roll +400 for each successful roll with a raise no matter the amountyou raised... it is kind of confusing.

For example my roll
I raise on all 3 rolls by 2, I missed the 1st try...do I get a total of 200 (100 ×2 successes) or 1800 (2× (100+ [400×2]))or 2200 (2×1100 for calling 2 raises on every roll) or 0 (for falling 1 roll)?

Hmmm that, and also specific rules for each firewall. Traitor's Path, Guard (Lion) Dog, and the Temptress. They all seem to be specific rules for Hacking, but worth double-checking.

Put another way - do any clan-specific rules apply to Reinforce? My reading at first is that they don't, but wanted to double check!
