The Skycarp is the massively prosperous economic stronghold of the Crab Clan. The renowned space station acts both as a gateway and a hub of commerce with its close orbit around the Green Carp. Despite multiple attempts to expand the station to further accommodate guests, the station is constantly mired in traffic issues. Guide crafts and drones constantly guide ships around the stations, directing them to their proper docks whenever possible, while many ships await their turn. There's a steady flow of freighter crafts that move from the Green Carp to the Skycarp, often transporting trade goods to their respective customers. It's a bit of managed chaos that inadvertently almost makes the area around the station look like an aquarium of fish circling in motion.
The interior of the Skycarp doesn't fare any better and is just as chaotic. Its massive main decks find themselves barely accommodating its guests. The halls have holographic advertisements on the walls, the speakers churn out constant sales jingles, and sometimes drones trail people with informator commercials. It is a cacophony of noise that could potentially unsettle samurai who come from quieter worlds. Shops selling novelties and souvenirs are open at all times to keep up with the stream of demand. The Yasuki have honed in on their craft of omiyage souvenirs, sensationalizing small exclusives to rake in good revenue.
The terminals to the surface of the Green Carp are thankfully a bit more relaxed, allowing for an almost alien peace to set in as passengers await their shuttle to their destination. Some quiet stalls still peddle a condensed catalogue of souvenirs, alongside a massive selection of vending machines selling refreshments from Uomoto Co and Kinseka Breweries.
