How to acquire and how to use them?
The acquisition is my reward to the people who contributed to the investigation aspect and may or may not participate in the combat. The legwork of the investigation translated to something helpful for the combat climax. So I made a short list and wanted to ask if anyone wanted to share what they thought was helpful to the process leading up to this.
It's basically a communal Void Point pool for the Combantants. It works exactly like void, so has the same limits, you can't use void and Clue Points at the same time. It's a replacement rather than anything akin to Shiba tech.

Would Sorato and Kanna's visit to the temple of Light where they got the pamphlets count as contributing Clue points?
Or Kanna's divination for Umiko?

The Scorpion clan offers everything we know except for Umiko's involvement. Like: these people wanted a coup and started by spreading rumors. They gathered servers to boost those rumors and who knows for what other reasons. Plus they have heavily armed guards. They tried to use Umiko. Apparently she had their plan figured out and resisted.
Depending on what Kotori has found in their servers (we have not been given the intel yet), we might have more to offer.

I believe the Scorpion intel covers whatever the Mystery Inc group might have found, as Kazushi was involved there. Kiyoshi suspects a few things, but wasn't able to confirm much.

Haruto was never confirmed dead yet.
But yes, I'll credit this. However, I'm capping this at 5 Clue Points still. Last time Clue Points were used, having a communal Void Point bank was pretty powerful as is.

Probably best to ask combat specific questions here.
Regarding Bayushi Harbinger. The wording suggests it can be triggered only once at any point during the character's first turn in a skirmish. Which means I'll be able to target at most one enemy that's 70 feet away from our starting position. Am I correct in reading this? And if so, I'd love to know which enemy characters are potentially in range of thetech for the first turn.

With no obviously hostile targets in sight, I'll allow you to hold technique until the first shooting starts (so to round 2).

The shooters have elevation because they are on the second-floor catwalk, hard to jump through that.
There are windows on the ground floor you can dive through, however.

I intend to move my full 40 feet and use Harbinger tech. Which will be the possible targets? the Gunso and Marine?Would Nagisa happen to be in range?

30+40 with 30 Feet still away...Yeah, I'll allow it.
