[Day 9 - Late Evening] Side Event: Arcade Action Affair!

As he'd said to the little Lion programmer Ikoma Nonoko early in his time on Shiawase, Sorato isn't much of a gamer, but this is a social event. He's supposed to be being social on this planet! One doesn't need to actually be good at the games to have fun, right?

He makes a couple of attempts to investigate which of the gacha machines might be the one with the rare Golden Carp item, or at least one of those mini-starfish conelight keychains, but only ends up with two identical plastic tuna refrigerator magnets. He's also rather quickly eliminated by maho zombies leaping from around corners in the shooter game--phew! It's fun to wander around and see what everyone else is playing, at least.

Arcade time! Ryosei ran through doing the gachappn as much as he could. He had to admit he loved the little rush he got opening really rare figures!

Then he tried his hand at the Shadowlands game. It was pretty elementary after all. Reminded him a bit of training exercises from his time in dojo. He finished it in only two turns.

He got a pretty serious amount of tickets and exchanged it for a full course dinner. It was a nice place he could take Ochiba to. He also got a pair of bright red shades that had bars of plastic instead of lenses. Horribly impractical and cringey but also awesome in their terribleness.
