Ochiba wanders back in, now just a sort of light pink while she taps away at her communicator before jumping up on the lizard and taking a selfie.

"Oh Agasha-san is gonna love this, one sec...oh shit, okay...edit that aaaaand send."

She turns and looks back through the door.
"...Yeah....mmmmhm. Well some of them might be alive somewhere."

''Yes and I'd think they'd appreciate a mesure of urgency'' the Moto replied, somewhat harshly, a she began checking for wounded workers...live ones she would prefer.

While her companions seemed more jubilant at the victory, Suh-Hyun was frowning. The Yoritomo's comment on the workers only making the Unicorn's despondence grow.

"Yes. I'll check and see if any can be saved." She soon busies herself at that task.

There were a number of injured peasants around, it was true. Some of them just had little scrapes. Some of them had cuts. One or two were alive, but with fewer limbs than they began the day with.

The harsh roar of a transport preceded its arrival; it landed just outside. A squad of Crab soldiers in full gear quickly rushed in. Just as quickly, they realized that the threat had been dispatched, and began to aid in treating the wounded.

Kanna nodded, relieved that the Moto was not as hurt as she had feared. It had looked very scary when the big lizard chomped her!

Seeing the the ones most wounded, the Tamori woman would call upon the water kami to at least stabilize them. She wouldn't be able to help them with the loss of their limbs, but they would not bleed out while she was here.

She waves supportively at the PC rescue team and gives the Crab soldiers a long despairing look as they rocked up late.

After doing what she could for the wounded, Shiwahime made some arrangement to have the corpse handled and transported to a place where she could skin it and remove the head for the Mantis.

She finally checked her wounds and realised she had forgotten to put anything on...having only the towel around her waist.

''Well fuck me''

She snatched a towel on a rack to cover the rest of her modesty before letting some medic put some bandage on her.

''Back to the waters then''

Suh-Hyun, by contrast, hadn't really had time to strip out of her uniform before coming into the fight. She stood there watching the wounded being moved and the dead being collected. Her clothing grew damp in the steam, but Suh-Hyun's mind was elsewhere. Finally she shook her head, "Seems everything is back under control. Thank you all for this."

A well behaved samurai, certainly one that is a guest would at least feign modesty. And clearly the Unicorn was troubled, maybe a few words of support would go a long way?

"Just wondering why the creature came out," Suh-Hyun answered as she looked off in the direction it had come from, "And how different it would be if it had been stopped earlier."

She shook her head, "Regret is a sin, and the past can not be changed."

"I'll be alright," She added with a weak smile.

Kanna found some water in a bucket to rinse her hands from touching the wounded. It was some relief to know they would be alright at the hospital. Maybe she'd stop by tomorrow. Reminder to myself to remind Igoro to remind me tomorrow. It was about fifty/fifty chance of remembering.

"That... that's a good question, Shinjo-san. What would it do here so far away from its home? Maybe we should ask the locals, or Agasha Sorato-san? He knows lots of stuff about animals!"

And then what if it had young ones left to fend for themselves, helpless little things, or it had an angry mate! Kanna's mind swirled with strange ideas.

Shiwahime smiled softly. Shinjo-sama was an ace pilot...it would make sense that she might not have been as used to the brutality of this kind of combat. Fighting in the skies had an entire other rhythm.

She put a careful hand on her cousin's shoulder

''The past can't be changed but that does not mean that nothing can be done. Would you feel better if we go track the beast's path? Find out if some preventative measures could be put in place or what disturbed it in the first place?''

"I'm not much of a tracker I am afraid, but following up on this should definitely be a priority." Suh-Hyun nodded, "Such matters are best left to the authorities, however."

''I'm not the best either but we can try...and that beast did not seem to be the subtle kind'' she tried to smile reassuringly ''The magistrature is very busy on this island. I am sure they'd appreciate the help. At any rate, even you are into the idea or not...you should change.''

She eyed the Shinjo's uniform
