[D1, LE] This Dancefloor Is My Court (Open)

"Yes, it is." he smiled. "I found her shortly after the storm this morning. The jungle is teeming with life. Some of it is dangerous, from what I've been told. But, there's so much more."

"Quite remarkable," Kazushi agrees. "I'll have to remember the coloration for my next project...maybe a custom work for a valued customer..."

He glances over to Yakura to see if she'll take the bait.

"Oh, what a bother, if only I would know someone like that." She let out a laugh. "Perhaps we can discuss an appropriate arrangement...what is your stance on gambling away your fortunes, Bayushi-sama?"

When the (ugh) Dogcat (Fox, I guess...) (/ugh) was invited, Yakura did not spare the stink eye. AT least for a second, before she put on her perfect waitress smile and begrudingly gestured towards the tray of drinks. "Care for one?" The Mantis patriot inside of her was seething.

"Not much of a gambler, I'm afraid," a smile finally appearing on his face for the first time since the governor's gathering. "I get enough of that in my day job. I am always looking for new scenes, though - fashionable places to see and be seen, you know..."

"Well, I know the perfect place for that...come down to the pier sometimes. The Azure Dragon is the boat to be." She glanced towards the dancers, and smiled at O-chan's enthusiasm.

Kiyoshi picked up the drink before the Detective could and gave the monkey a stern glance. "Thank you, Yotitomo-sama."

"Ah thank you. Sure you're not mistaking me for Yu-kun?"

The dance had been OK enough for Ki-kun to recognise which one it was and he instinctively dropped into the matching moves, although the ever present threat of sudden Dragon fire was obviously still on his mind.

She gasped. "I could never! I'd recognise Ki-kun anywhe--oops, should I use another name?!" Kanna got a little bit closer so that she could whisper very loudly, even holding her right hand near her mouth to kind of disguise that she was whispering, but it was pretty obvious to anyone looking what she was doing.

He left the questioning gap, after all he didn't want to draw attention to the fact she hadn't introduced herself . . . but he did anyway.

It was probably another metaphor! So Kanna forgot all about what he said and just launched herself into dancing, sometimes trying to copy the moves of the Usagi Drop!-performer, and sometimes just grooving to the music she thought she heard. Mostly off-beat.

Just as enthusiastic as Ta-kun. I really hope she doesn't know any fire stuffs.

KI-kun just let the music take him for a while. "In the moment" Yu-kun called it. No choreography, just moving as the music dictated.
