[Moto Shiwahime]

She gave a nod

''Yeah, but it was hard fought. The thing we faced was monstruous...it was a humanoid hybrid of some sort: It's body was the size of an ogre and it had all the extra features of a hammerhead shark. Aside from the fins and tail that means a large maw filled with three rows of razor sharp teeth and a pair of wicked clawed hands.''

She took a swing

''But we were quick enough not to be caught unaware but not enough to get the first hit. The Slasher lunged at me and made a solid gash on my midriff. Still, we were lucky: I had armor on and that took some of the damage...Doji-sama was not so equipped but she got the time to un-holstered her weapon and take cover. Since I had the weapon-grade twonk of a fishman's attention I decided to keep it and rushed in closer to take him over in grapple with my chains giving my partner a chance to land a few direct shots. Thankfully Kitsu-sama also had found a way inside by then and was getting ready to join the melee. ''

''Things got good at first: I held control over the thing and raked it's skin with my chain's blade but...it thrashed and got loose. The sharkman chomped down on me and ripped my arm away from my body in a single bite.''

[Miya Kisha]

"That's...wow," Kisha says. "I'm sorry that happened to you, Moto-san. I don't know what else to say about it."

She inclines her head to the Unicorn.

Her eyes flicker over to the man with the monkey, but no more than that. This interview's too good to interrupt!

[Moto Shiwahime]

''Heh, it's okay. I got better.'' Shiwahime removed her jacket to fully expose her Kaiu crafted cybernetic arm. ''It's not the same as the original put I admit it's pretty damn good.''

She grinned viciously

''You should feel sorry for the sharkman, though, because that little snack of his ended up pissing me off. I jumped back into the fray and strangled it with my remaining hand while Doji-sama took shot after shot. Kitsu-sama finally arrived and dealt the killing blow by slicing the fucker in half.''

[Miya Kisha]

Kisha's eyes linger on the jacketless Moto for a moment before she recollects herself and asks "Did, did the others fare as well as you? I mean, were they injured in the fight like you were?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

''Thankfully no. All in all I succeeded in keeping the thing in check or busy enough for it not to have the opportunity to act against them in any meaningful way.''

[Miya Kisha]

"That's a brave thing," Kisha says. "And people should know about it. Thank you for sharing it with me, Moto-san.

"Did you have anything you want to say for the fans back home?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

The question felt odd to the Moto

''Fans? What fans?''

[Miya Kisha]

"The fans," Kisha says. "Your story is going to inspire people. How can it not?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

''If they enjoy the story then I am glad...but I only did what should have been done. If anything should be learned is when there is a need for action then action must be taken.''

[Miya Kisha]

Kisha nods, after which she switches off the recorder.

Then she gestures slightly towards the man with the monkey. "Any action need taking with him, do you think, Moto-san?"

[Moto Shiwahime]

The Moto had not noticed the man and his monkey until they were pointed out

''Not sure Miya-sama but he might have a story for you as well?''

[Kitsune Kiyoshi]

The Fox turned his attention to the Imperial and the Unicirn. He offered a deep bow, as the monkey scrambled onto his back and peered at them from over the Kitsune's shoulder.

"Please, don't mind the Detective, mina-sama. Space travel makes him anxious. I am Kitsune Kiyoshi."

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime made a seated bow from where she was

''Heya Kitsune-san, I am Moto Shiwahime. Your furry friend is a...detective?''

[Miya Kisha]

"Miya Kisha" says the owner of the name, giving a bow, herself. "And that would be a story, wouldn't it, having a monkey detective."

[Kitsune Kiyoshi]

"He's the Detective. The fifth Detective, technically. But, we don't usually mention that. It breaks fan immersion." The Fox explained. "Monkey spirits aren't supposed to retire to an animal sanctuary."

[Miya Kisha]

Kisha's eyes widen.

"Ohhh," she says. "That Detective! It's a pleasure, truly!"

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime quirked an eyebrow, utterly confused.

"What?"

[Miya Kisha]

"Kitsune-san and the Detective here are quite famous," Kisha says. "Widely followed and very popular. Sponsors some good charitable work, too."

[Kitsune Kiyoshi]

"More popular among the Minor Clans than elsewhere." He admitted. "The Detective and the Mystery Five didn't see much air time on Great Clan worlds."

[Soshi Kotori]

Speaking of major clans... A young woman stood off to the side patiently, suitcase infront of her with her hands resting on the handle as she waited for the shuttle to arrive.
A delicate crimson veil drapped from ear to ear, obscuring most of her face with a few strands of curly hair hanging loose from a bun. Her clothes were somewhere between traditional and modern, clear nods to the past in the pleating of her crimson skirt and the way the sash tied around her waist as one would expect a hakama. The black blouse was long sleeved and made of brocade.

While she seemed to politley mind her own business, she had glanced nerously at the monkey a few times, even flinched slightly when it'd moved at one point.
