Weather Advisory
The downpour continues into dawn, and the drainage systems of urban centres are put to the test. Flooding becomes an issue in some parts of Lower Nakahama City, residential block parks of Nakahama City and much of Tenjin Town. However, the rain abruptly stops before emergency concerns can be raised. The rest of the morning and afternoon has some lingering signs of the storm, with puddles and even some roads flooded. Heimen crews are found busy at work, draining and aiding the less fortunate parts of the island. This is all well attended to by mid-afternoon, thanks to practice efficiency.
The sun returns in the morning, and the clouds disperse from the skies, bringing some rather oppressive heat when paired with the humidity. This doesn't deter some locals, as they return to their daily lives, and some even decide to head to the beach as if nothing had happened. The heat becomes more manageable once the sun sets, and the island is welcomed into the night with clear starry skies.

The commercial begins with a black and white shot of a grim-looking office building in the rain. The camera zooms in, then cuts to a man sitting behind a desk, wearing a trenchcoat and a hat, looking very much like a detective.
Detective's Voice Over: "I knew this case was going to be trouble."
There is a knock at the door.
Detective: "Come in."
The detective calls, revealing him as the voice over speaker. He pushes a button on his desk.
A beautiful woman, wearing a kimono that is elegant, but also seductively form fitting strides in, walking like a model on a catwalk. She is wearing lipstick; in the black and white film, it appears black. The detective sits up in his chair.
Detective's Voice Over: "I knew she was going to be a dangerous dame."
The man tilts his head looking at her with one eyebrow raised.
Detective: "What can I do for you, miss...?"
The camera slowly pans over to the woman, who stands there looking mysterious. The camera slowly zooms in on her face...
Detective's Voice Over: "I didn't know she was going to..."
The woman smiles.
Jazzy Male Voice Over: "SHINE"
Music begins to play. Suddenly, the woman is in color, revealing that she is wearing red lipstick and dress. Her teeth are EXTREMELY white as she smiles.
Jazzy Male Voice Over: "SHINE"
The camera switches back to the man, also now in color. He slowly rises from his desk, lips parted and eyes wide.
The camera switches back to just the woman's smiling mouth, a close-up of red lipstick and white teeth.
Woman: "SHINE"
She says, her tone sultry, teeth flashing.
The commercial goes to black. A moment passes, then words appear on the screen.
