The picturesque inlet of Namigashira Bay is located north of Mount Nakahama, opposite Nakahama City. Secluded from most of civilization, the long tan colour beaches and their crisp light-blue waters act as a perfect backdrop of serene refuge. Without the disruption of any nearby settlements, the sand is still home to many bold lizards and crustaceans. The bay is also home to Ningyo's Pool, a small lagoon found just on the east end of the beach.
For decades, Namigashira Bay was something of a local secret, being remote from urban hubs and most boats avoiding its traffic there. It was considered to be a controversial choice to construct a monorail stop within walking distance of the beach, and something that soured respect of the previous governor for seeing through with the station's opening. There are still several sections of the bay that provide the sort of peace that the area is known for, but locals know this will likely change with renewed interest in Shiawase Island. Yasuki Ayame has been very reluctant to award any business contracts in the area.
