Weather Advisory
Nakahama sees a large influx of visitors overlapping with Yasuki Ayame's Summit Event from Fan Con. The streets of the Harbourfront and the Golden Shotengai are filled with people, which some locals will find the city busier than it has ever been in recent memory. Between Fan Con and the Edge of Darkness LARP by the Green Carp Living Role-Playing Society, more than a few people in the streets will be seen costumed.
The weather is merciful for both the locals and their guests; the coast sees a cool breeze roll in with partial cloud cover. The cloud cover continues into the night with a very brief spurt of rain before returning to normal. The island interior is quite humid, however.

The holorecorder is picked up, and the audience is put into a face-to-face view of Kuni Sumie as Lady Beatorisu Asuta of the Black Iron Clan.
Lady Beatorisu Asuta: "Surprise! I'm back! Many years ago, the Rose (and the Green Carp Living Role Playing Society) had banished me to the void, across the endless ocean beyond the horizon, to a far-distant land unreachable by both immortals and sheep! In my time away, I have seen many things. Eldritch horrors like you couldn't even fathom!"
The footage cuts to showing some of those sights she mentioned. There is a shot of a groaning tree, then followed by a spine drake framed in an ominous and frightful light. At least, it was her intention...
Lady Beatorisu Asuta: "Harnessing the untapped power of a world away, I have WILLED from the great infinite of the void and back into this realm to claim what is mine. Starting with the false Queen of Nakahama City. She's been playing for like what!? Less than a year!? With fourth edition?! Ugh, so lame! Anyway, Nakahama City will be burned to the ground with my rule, and a new order will be created! Join me! The uprising has begun!"
