Some rapid preparations having been made, the strange spectacle of a mounted Miya dressed in full formal attire--even to the horo--riding up to the Unicorn Embassy presents itself.

"The presence of Utaku Itsuka and Shinjo Suh-Hyun is requested and required," Kisha says, sitting up straight in the saddle, "for I bear a message of importance for their ears."

If only for the oddity of the thing, the gate-guard sends for those noted...

The embassy, like many of the others in the street, has its largest part in the form of offices in a building. But, the Unicorn being who they are, there is a specific place for mounts on the ground floor. It doesn't see as much use as one would expect, perhaps, although certainly some Green Carp residents from the Clan of the Winds do keep mounts and leave them here when visiting. But it should be an appropriate enough space that the gate-guard and the attendants would offer the Shisha to go inside and, if desired, leave their mount in the embassy's care.

One way or another, it shouldn't take long for Itsuka to show at the lobby, coming down from one of the offices where she had been talking to Suh-Hyun about the plans for the day - especially given the recent news about their clansmate's parting during a shootout at the Temple of Light the previous evening.

Seeing the Shisha in full formal garments, she immediately gives a low, respectful bow. "Miya-sama", she says, sitll holding the bow. "Shinjo-san will be here shortly."

With the Embassy thus equipped, the shisha is pleased to avail herself of the offered hospitality.

Dento-no-gimu, as might be expected, cares not one whit for propriety, but is gratified to be given what she regards as her due. And it cannot be claimed that the Unicorn's grooms are unskilled.

So Kisha dismounts and returns the bow to the Utaku woman, and says "Then I shall await her arrival" before adopting a stance of parade rest that would earn a small nod from even the most stoic of Seppun.

Suh-Hyun for her part was also wearing formal attire, minus the fur trimmed coat and hat. While her appearance was spotless and her posture implacable, the weariness in her eyes was evident to anyone. She glanced to Itsuka as she stepped up beside her.

The Shinjo looked over the Miya, realizing this wasn't a social visit she simply asked, "How can we help you today, Miya-sama?"

Suh-Hyun had a suspicion this was about the news that had occupied her thoughts since hearing it.

Kisha brings herself to her full height, such as it is, and executes a sharp bow to the two Unicorn women.

Rising, she draws a breath and holds it for just a moment before her lips part and the following words emerge:

"To Shinjo Suh-Hyun and Utaku Itsuka, this shisha is bidden deliver the following message, that Moto Shiwahime," and her voice catches for just a moment before she swallows and continues, "wears armor of white and rides a white steed.

"This shisha is also bidden say that there is a certificate for an all-inclusive booth with service at the Pink Lotus Club in the lodgings of the late Moto Shiwahime at the embassy, as well as a rare vintage koshu wine bottle and a large bag of candies from Uomoto Co, which she wants used for a girl's night out before y'all leave. No sense in wasting any of it!

"This shisha will communicate the invitation to Kuni Sumie as well, whom she was told was included in the invitation.

"This shisha is further informed that there are a life size Kimen Tori plush and a real nice obi and kimono of which she has been bidden dispose.

"This shisha was thus bidden and informed by the honored dead, who spoke to her with the force of the realms and wreathed in silver flame. And now her message is concluded."

Kisha bows sharply again, and when she rises this time, tears again well up in her eyes.

"For what little it's worth, I'm sorry that this message came to be. She was good to me."
