And they finally parked the car on the pit lot.

It has been long, hard, unpleasant.. but they had made it through, finished the rally. Ichitaiyo shut off the engine and melted onto their seat, unable to properly move her body away after being so thoroughly wrecked by the uneven ground, rocks, and the stress of not letting the car crash. She just let her arms limp onto her lap and panted away the.. everything.

"We.. finished. I can't believe it.." she muttered to her copilot, silence but the ticks of the cooling system contracting.

“My office proper in the back actually has a couch. It’s probably more comfortable.” Having gotten out, Nagisa moves around to the other side to offer Ichitaiyo a hand up.

Ichitaiyo clearly needed the help, not afraid of leaning onto the woman. The breaths beneath the mask were labored and hoarse, not just tired, as if something more rolled on her lungs. Then she coughed, something pained in her face.

"Mmm.. yeah.. it.. sounds good."

Taking it slow and steady, Nagisa walks Ichitaiyo to the door of the entry lobby to her shop. She’s more than a little worried at this point.

Behind the service counter is a door that doesn’t really get opened often. The hinge definitely needs to be oiled as it creeks open loudly, revealing a room with a desk covered in files each with a different rental company’s logo printed on the front. There’s more pictures around the room, but just of Nagisa’s childhood dog. There’s a bunch of people in them that could safely assumed to be her family.

And true to her word there’s a couch off to the side of the room, on it are a couple of jackets and a pillow that the Kaiu surely brought from home at one point.

“Of course I will. But first…” Nagisa ducks out the door to go to the minifridge under the service desk, pulling out a bottled water before coming back into the office. “You asked for water.”

She hands the bottled water over to Ichitaiyo before sitting on her own desk, making sure there was a clear spot to do so. “Just take however long you need.”

Before Ichitaiyo takes it, she slowly takes off her porcelain rebreather once more. She doesn't open the bottle so easily, but blesses the desicion to be granted fully cooled water.

Now that her desk was more organized, the coats she had lying on the couch go back up on some coat hangers on the other side of the room.

Nagisa stops a moment, staring at Ichitaiyo as the gears in her brain start to work. She calculates the space on the couch, frowning, realizing that it wouldn’t be entirely comfortable for the Kitsuki if she got squished by the rather sturdy built Kaiu.

“Sit up. I can hold you while you lean on me.” There’s a slight dusting of red on her cheeks as she speaks.

Ichitaiyo didn't hesitate in reaching for the sofa's rest for support as she lifted herself with a soft grunt, ending all sprawled on one of it's corners, arms open and receptive.

Ichitaiyo could feel the Kaiu seating herself next to her on the couch, one arm soon pulling her in closer. Soon the other arm also wraps around her.

“So there’s one of the moons will be full soon. You should come over to my place and I can take you some place to see it.”
