Kisha has found a slinky black dress for tonight's visit to the Pink Lotus, pairing it with pumps and a small purse in an almost obnoxious chartreuse. She seems to have been recognized, because she gets in without trouble and without a cover, and she's soon enough on the dance floor, moving her body in time to the pounding beat...

Kazushi's gone for a more casual look tonight...



...well, more casual for him, that is. For the first time since the night he arrived, the Scorpion has returned to the dance floor, and this time the twins aren't waiting for him at the bar, but have joined him. Even the normally stern Kurumi looks like she's having fun.

Shiwahime was not one for dresses but she thought she'd try one for club. She chose one that was simple, but elegant, and left ample room to show off her toned body.

She was not vainglorious but if you got to go clubbing...it's kind of a requirement to show off

Kisha sees the imposing tower of Shiwahime and makes her way towards her. It takes a while, her own petite frame easily overlooked and so not letting her move through the crowd as well as a larger woman might. But she gets there.

"Moto-san!" she says, smiling. "You look amazing!"

She was wearing it...that was a start. Walking through the club towards the bar, her usual haunt, she spotted the Miya cleaving through the sea of people and opted to meet her halfway.

''Hey there Miya-sama. Glad you like it...I really did not know what to wear. I usually keep to pants and boots.''

"No, it's perfect!" Kisha says, and she takes the chance to look Shiwahime over again. "The touch at the shoulder's great, too," she adds. "And I'm glad you came out! It's been so good getting to see so much of you!

"I don't know what they have for beer here," she continues, "but the cocktails are great!"

''I'm kinda hard to miss so people see a lot of me when I am somewhere'' she joked ''I can do cocktails, this round is on me''

"I'll let you," Kisha says, and she begins to swim against the currents of the crowd towards the bar.

The beat keeps pounding as she does so.

With the Moto backing her there would probably be less resistance to the Miya's forays

Her head bobbed to the rhythm of the beat

"Shikoku mule, please," the shisha will say, loudly to be heard over the music.

Her shoulders move in time with that music, however, and Usagi Drop! comes on, the DJ layering other songs on top of the track that has popped up.

''Shikoku Mule and a Sakura Martini!'' she asked the barman, easily getting his attention with her presence ''Nice place, I don't think I've come here before''

She was pretty sure Ichitaiyo and her haven't come here the night of their arrival

"Thanks!" Kisha says. Then she adds "I popped in a little more than a week ago, same day we met on the Skycarp. I didn't figure staying in my room was the way to go, but I didn't want to do anything that was too much like work. It ended up introducing me to a couple of people: Kakita Haruhi and Bayushi Kazushi. I've seen Kakita-san around, and I've met up with Bayushi-san a few times since; have you met either of them?"

''I have not met with any of the Scorpion delegation...not directly at least...aside from the Soshi in the Skycarp. I did meet with Kakita-sama however. Crossed her path in Tenjin town where we helped the people do some repairs.''

The barman came back with the drinks and they were properly distributed

''She'll likely be the programmer that will help us with the drones''

"Repair work?" Kisha asks. "What happened?"

She sips at her mule.

"Is everybody okay?"

''The heavy rains do a number on the town and they are sadly not a priority.'' she explained over the music ''But it's okay, they are used to it and are really self-sufficient. They even have their own temple!''

"Huh," Kisha says, voice barely clearing the surrounding noise. "But I suppose it's good they have their own temple, at least. I hope it was a comfort to them and to those going in to help them."

She takes another pull from her drink.

"There really is a lot going on, isn't there?"

''Always is'' she replied before taking a sip of her drink ''I've hit some dancefloors with Kitsuki Ichitaiyo but not this one yet! Let's goooooo!'' she motionned for them to join the crowd

Kisha knocks back her drink, letting the cool booze slide into her and start to work out through her as she returns to the floor, dancing alongside the imposingly sculpted plinth that Shiwahime is. Arms raised in the air, petite body hopping up and down with the beat, she begins to lose herself in the joy of simply being in the moment.

Shiwahime did the same, being quite confident in her capacity to tank the sudden influx alcohol.

''Fuck yeah!'' was her battlecry when she reached the dancefloor after people parted ways to let her pass. She was not a great dancer but she went all in regardless

No guts, no glory

They make an interesting pair, the two women dancing, Kisha a moon orbiting Shiwahime, not tidally locked, but slowly spinning as she revolves around her. That there are a few, maybe more than a few, watching should be no surprise.
