She strutted down the streets, looking for the next addition to her work closet. Deciding to contrast with her pale skin and hair, black and bold in selection of suits was her weapon of choice, after all, for non-warriors, a two piece suit was their armor.

Opposite of the Dragon, Yakura was similarly walking down the isle. It was really time to accessorie a bit, and she was ready for business.

She slowed as she saw the Kitsuki approach...

"That is a killer outfit Kitsuki-san. You look good. Where did you get that?"

The dazzling women stood before each other, Ichitaiyo didn't hide her assessing stare, up and down, making her own notes on the Mantis' fashion.

"I bought this at Jigunji's workshop in the World of Dreams, the quarter skirt was an addition of mine I comissioned to the tailor that refitted the suit. Now, where did you get yours, Yoritomo-sama? The fit is impressive."

"And I have to visit the Dice in turn. If not for the clothes, for the tailoring, the shoulders and waist are perfect length." Ichitaiyo noted, before her eyes finally could be scooped out of the clothing. "Sadly, I am merely visiting. If I could stay for longer, I would, truly would. Or move, but alas, our duties brings us to wherever we are needed. If some permanent posting for the Dragon appeared, I would gladly take it."

"Oh darling." Yakura thrust out her arm to hook it into the Dragon's. "Then let's make the best of the little time we have. Come, let me show what's worth something over here. I msut recommend the Dice some day. Amazing place. Best place to lose your koku really." She smirked. "Or win some. Now tell me darling, where are you from?"

There is no objection to being wrapped around the Mantis' arm, taking on the warmth, and raising face to meet the energy in extravagance, joining forces their show of power through fashion. The closer look would reveal eyesores hidden beneath the correct makeup, and a proper application of creams and makeup, however, despite that, she couldn't could hide the stress lines the woman sported at such young age.

"The Pyre, but I am more of a citizen of the galaxy, I've had to travel plenty through my life. The most I've ever stayed in one place was for my schooling."

"I just.. adore anything that projects power." The fixer responded confidently. "I like it when a jacket becomes armor of it's own. Or the teasing of the right strip of skin lowers the defenses of those across you to your wiles. Provocative, yet, something people are incapable of complaining about. It's less about colors, more about the effect."

"How about you, Yoritomo-sama? What does inspire you to dress?"

"Have you thought about guns?" She asked with a smile, before flashing a tongue out to indicate it was a joke. "I find most everything can project power if you are confident. Which is easier said then done. "Have you thought about some longer skirts? You're not in a hurry, you want to look good, other people can come to you if they want."

She put a finger to her lips as she pursed them. "Well, I like subtle and understated colors. Like green and gold. Oh, and watches. I love watches." She showed her current favorite, a Kaiu precision. "This beauty is fully mechanical."

Of course, she wasn't going to mention the weapon that stayed on her ankle ever faithfully, she leant in to take a closer look into the work of precision.. it must be worth half a year of her own stipend. Her digital calculator Casho, built to outlast clans, yet, completely understated and invisible like tool revealed the difference they had to their philosophies, the Kitsuki too often opting for the practical concerns to her every choice.

"I like them when they are subtle, when they enhance the overall outfit rather try to become the center piece- after all we are the beauty, and we do not want to have our jewelry try to either distract from that, or give the message it is compensating for what we lack elsewhere." Ichitaiyo responded sagely.

And she couldn't just forget the one case she had to overlook, about the victim being strangled with her thick strong chain of a necklace, giving her the knowledge that it was a danger to carry if things turned sour.

The Dragon strode along the gambling queen, squares set and legs marking the path, modelling along the fellow fashioneer.

"Hah! I tend to have a 'attention through subtleties' idea on my fashion, let the true reward and message come to those who truly pay attention to my selection, who are deserving of the message beneath the choices. As to long skirts.. I could try some. It has been a while since I've tried them."

Yakura smirked. "A very Kitsuki approach I guess. Me, on the other hand, am very classic Yoritomo. You get what you see. If you like what you see, good. If you don't, then why are you bothering me? You know, saves everyone time. Still, your method has its merits." she started flipping through the skirts section. "Your clan is doing quite well in the bidding so far, Kitsuki-sama. Do the Dragon ave some grand idea on what to build on Green Carp?"

"Samurai of my lowly station are not privy to the grand plans the Clan might have." Ichitaiyo replied honestly, taking a moment to pause Yakura's flipping and picking a long and flowing skirt off the rack. "All I can hope for is that my efforts are recompensed appropriately."

Those last words held a gentle sourness behind them.
