At the end of Day 3, everyone is awarded 3 XP.
Another reminder that any spending of experience won't take effect until the following IC Day. Spending on Day 3 will allow them to take into effect Day 4. In short, you won't be able to spend experience when you suddenly need a relevant skill on the same day.
