I absolutely cannot attend to three threads of investigation at once, sorry. I will be posting only in Seaside for now.

As for the armour, if it's military grade (better than ashigaru), it will have to be requested from the Shiro armoury...even then, you must be a Crab, except for very special circumstances.

Meditation and tea ceremony
Character may spend a time slot to meditate and or take part to tea ceremony - however for the sake of clarity this should take majority of the time slot. It should be noted that character cannot meditate of perform tea ceremony during an event slot.

The Clan with the most Bid Points will secure a lucrative merchant contract on the Tango Province Islands. They will be given priority on merchant licenses on all the islands, the lowest legal taxes, and become a key partner in future projects to further development on all islands of the archipelago. Most importantly, with this secure standing, they will have the possibility to expand further in the Green Carp and be given a notable dock on the Skycarp so that they can be given a priority on shipping and trade. This contract is approximately 3 Large Unique Holding and 10 Medium Unique Holding Gentries.

The Clan with the second most Bid Points will have a say in the planning and development of the Tango Provinces. They will also be allowed to lease property and land to host businesses on the Tango Province islands. This comes with lower taxes and a second priority on leases not claimed by either Crab Clan or their key partner. Most of these contracts will be outside of the Lower City of Nakahama City, Mount Nakahama, Namigashira Bay and Azuma Beach. This contract is worth approximately 1 Large Unique Holding and 5 Medium Unique Holding Gentries.

Finally, any Clan or party may use 30 Bid Points for one lease on Shiawase Island. This will allow either an existing Gentry business/unique holding to open up a branch on the island and expand their operations as a chain or open a new business opportunity in hopes of taking part in the Tango Province's future economic prosperity. For reference, this will be equivalent to 12-point Gentry Unique Holding, if the Clan member or party in question does not own a Gentry themselves. If they already own a Gentry Unique Holding, they will be upgraded to an 18-point Gentry Unique Holding instead.

Do you mean endgame rewards? Yes, that can be used as a prop for negotiations if the Clan/Imperial delegation wishes. No ruling, as it is not my intention to break out the trading ledgers in this game. Consider this a role-playing prop to use between parties.

I'm going to elect to say that totally not hacking computer work is going to cost you a time slot on its own. It would hard to double up.

A quick one - in the hacking thread it references the details on Scorpion hacking from I'm guessing the last game including the Scorpion TNs (due to their high anti-hacking networks). Are these TNs all the same for Crab hacking?

This is regarding the Dress to Excess event. I really don't wanna be That Guy, but gotta ask because it influences the even'ts tiebreaker. Regarding the rules of the Lobbying part, where it says in bolded,

Lobbying
Make two rolls, one at TN 20 and one at TN 25 using your choice of skill and trait. However, if you use a skill you have previously used for a roll in this event increase your base TN by 10. Don't be boring!
This counts as a contested social roll for the purpose of techniques and advantages.
The following advantages provide a free raise on this roll, this is cumulative if you possess multiple: Blackmail (only one, regardless of how much blackmail you've collected, you monster), Clear Thinker, Darling of the Court, Fame (still only one regardless of how much fame), Imperial Spouse, Paragon: Compassion/Duty/Sincerity, Read Lips, Voice
The following disadvantages increase the TN of this roll by 5 (cumulative): Antisocial, Bad eyesight, Bad fortune (any), Black Sheep, Blackmailed, Can't Lie, Cursed by the Realm (any), Doubt, Failure of Bushido: Compassion/Duty/Sincerity, Insensitive, Overconfident.

Yup, can confirm it does! Fluff wise folks have to keep mixing it up or the tired party guests will lose interest.

A very sportsmanlike suggestion, if this were an event with more on the line than the crow of party shogun (not that that is not the ultimate prize) or negative consequences for failure, like a Kuni magistrate showing up and arresting you I'd be more up to it. But in the interests of time and my post capacity today due to travel I'm inclined to no re-roll in this case.

Is it legal to use alien fauna/flora for such purposes in the Empire? Asking before Kanna says something illegal.

Also, I think it should be one more Glory on my sheet (+1.0 from ranking up, +1.0 from Day 3's Bid event).

Likely not a simple yes or no answer here. Each Clan and System likely have set their own laws regarding imports. The Crab are understandably quite restrictive regarding what they allow on their worlds, which was probably the case even before the Mushin incident.

But it should be legal to make and export products with alien fauna/flora, just whether or not to deal with the headaches of export. Green Carp has a lot of products (such as alcohol) made from ingredients only found on this world, if that's the question.
