Characters may use the Courtier skill to spread gossip. To do so, they must succeed at a Courtier (Gossip)/Awareness or Use Computers/Intelligence check against a TN equal to 15 plus the target's Glory x5, minus their Infamy x5.

Just wanted to check, is this whole glory/infamy ranks (so for example if someone was glory rank 2.6 would it be 2x5 or 2.6x5)?

Bid rolls--these happen offscreen. All else being equal, is it more convenient for the GMs if we make a topic in our own PF or post in the [Whatever] Clan Bid Points topic?

For this game, we will elect the simple approach and easy math with whole numbers. Glory Ranks as in whole numbers. So, 2.6 will be considered a 2.

It is honestly an either-or approach. Preferably, for the sake of coordination in your delegation, it will be on your Clan Bid Point topics. However, if secrets or privacy are a thing, people are allowed to have it on their PF.

In a situation of privacy is wanted, a happy medium would be to post in the Clan Bid Point and link to your PF.

Yes. With the way the net works in the setting, there isn't quite an 'Empire Wide Net', it's mostly contained to the Clan (so they can better control information and content). Imperial and allied affiliates' exceptions apply, of course.

But you're asking about the city and planet-wide, so yes. Fishbook, Instaguppy, and (Fish)Line (not super official names, don't @ me).

For me, it's been going great so far, thank you. I am reminded that GMing is tough work, but also very rewarding. I'm quite happy to see people playing and posting.
