Kotori glances down to her own layered outfit the. Glancing about the store.

"Neither have I...." Kotori says as she scans the various displays. From shorts to bikinis, one-piece and cover-ups, they seem to have it all.

"I suppose it needs to be practical... so those are out of the question..." She says as she looks at a small display of draped cover-ups.

"Well... it can't be white, lest I just look nude." And she took a navy blue one-piece with golden details and straps, and windows around her back. "I can't quite fill out anything with a independent top, I think."

Kotori looked to the swimsuit and then to Ichitaiyo, gaze drifting to make judgment of whether or not she manage to fill out a one piece. Then she looked back up to meet her gaze.

"Sometimes it's less about the... good... and now about the packaging. That and the intended presentation... you can enhance with shape, with... supplementary material, with distraction. Or, just not worry." She gave a little shrug.

"Alright, alright. " Kotori have a little nod before turning her attention to the various displays. She wandered the side before taking a black two piece situation.

Then Ichitaiyo stood closer, her head above the scorpion, a smirk just visible by the curl of her cheek over the rebreather.

Kotori just blinked a few times, head slowly inclining to the side. People here seemed to have a penchant for teasing.

Shortly, the pale investigator came out from the veil, sporting her choice of suit. Her skin had a few scars written on it- small cuts on her arms from blocking a bladed weapon, radiant burn marks on her side and shoulder, a scar on her thigh..

Kotori changed in another area, before sticking her head out from the curtain. She was unphased by the scars, only glancing at them for a moment before looking back up,

"It's a good colour for you." She nodded in approval before slipping back behind the curtain. "Just... one second..."

She was mostly ready - but had decided to don the shorts at the very least before emerging, leaving the jacket hung up.

While she still wore her veil, the black bikini and shorts didn't hide much. Kotori was fair skinned, and lithe like a dancer, with toned muscles that spoke to agility more than the sheer strength of some bushi. She had her own share of scars -three particularly dramatic one yes to fade - one around two inches long on her rib cage, and another that sliced diagonally down from her waist, and one that almost ran parallel to the strap of her top, from her shoulder down her collarbone.

Perhaps more unexpected was the meandering floral motifs on her skin. One section started on her left sight at her waist before disappearing beneath the shorts and continuing down her upper thigh. The flowers almost curled around the entirety of her right upper arm up to her shoulder, while another cluster spread across her left shoulder blade and spanned over her left shoulder to her upper arm. Peonies. And in the small gap on her right shoulder blade between the spanning leaves - a crimson butterfly.

"I think... it's a bit much..." She sighed, less phased about the sheer quantity of skin and more about dealing with opinions.

Kotori crouched down and stood back up, as if clinically testing the maneuverability of the outfit.

Kotori had started to make a mental list. Address the evil overlord, get ice cream... and protein... and a holiday. The Ichitaiyo Hierachy of Needs. Maybe some cooking lessons from Hinata wouldn't go astray.... She quickly refocused her thoughts.

"Not falling off is good." She gave a little nod. "Looks nice."
