"Of course, and sorry again, I didn't mean to offend with my ignorance," Haruto said diplomatically with a few nods of his head. The question as to why they were worshipping an old religion coming from people of an extinct nation in the present-day Empire...seemingly had been answered long ago to not make him uncomfortable in the slightest by this factual point. "We were meant to carry this torch, it seems."

"I'm thankful that you've decided to visit and have this conversation. I should indeed return to my accounting to ensure that our foodstuff here is properly allocated. You are always welcome to return," he rose from his chair and offered a formal bow.

"Thanks for your hospitality." Sorato rises and bows, following Kanna's cue. "You've been generous with your time. And your codex. Oh, right." He pats his pockets until he finds a small, palm-sized case and withdraws a small piece of heavy paper. "I've got these now. My card, if you ever need to get in touch."

Haruto accepted the card in both hands, knowing the practice around this world. However, he wouldn't have one to give in return. "Thank you for the card, Agasha-san. I unfortunately don't have a card of my own. I know that's a bit blasphemous in these parts, but I prefer to keep meetings more personal as a result. If you wish to seek me out, I'm often somewhere between the temple and the coast of Tenjin Town."

He bowed deeply to both of them as they prepared to make their leave. "Sun's blessing to you, Agasha-san and Tamori-san."

"Of course, don't worry about it." Sorato waves off the apology. It's mostly just that he has all these cards now, and he might as well remember to actually use them. "Fort--ah, that is, I hope you have a fine day too, Yasuki-san." He bows in return.

Haruto has literally just said he doesn't believe in the Fortunes; surely it wouldn't be quite courteous to tell him you hope the Fortunes bless his morning. Good save, Sorato.

Haruto would offer a good-natured chuckle at the slight slip-up. It wouldn't be the first time someone would say such a thing, even on a daily basis. However, the slight courtesy was appreciated.

"Thank you, Hida-san will lead you out," he said, gesturing to the Hida standing guard.
