Another fireworks related question. What would you have as the base TN? I assume each type of firework gets its own roll.

I think this is the sort of thing raises are for. Start with a base of 10 for simple things, and call raises for extra awesomeness. Although even a basic firework that just explodes in the air and is a color (no raises) is reasonably awesome!

I think ambulances will come and get them right and ready to start the day at...Nicked. They can walk off the rest or find a friend.

When you're good, rested, and I am more certain about the exact timing of when the fireworks is happening (I believe EN) Would Umiko accept an invitation for cozy penthouse fireworks viewing?
