Haruhi takes her hand and walks back to the table with her.
"I enjoyed that," she said, still grinning. She looked at Senshu, hoping she could see her contentment, her confidence, her readiness to thrive on her own. And how much Senshu meant to her. A long lingering look.
And then, she turned to their friend.
"Yasuki-san, I think it is your turn! A solo? Or one of us could join you in a duet?"

Truthfully, Taraka was feeling a like a bit of a third wheel after that duet. Singing a duet was either going to fall flat or feel petty. She skimmed through the catalogue looking for something a bit more. Ah there we go....
"How could I ever choose one of you over the other? I think, instead, this calls for something we can all sing together." she said, cueing up the song. A bright folksy song started playing:
Music!
Lyrics!
She took up the microphone and sang the first verse:
"Once upon a time in a certain place
there were three piglets.
One day suddenly Mama said,
"The world is wide and the sea sparkles blue"

Haruhi grinned.
"A trio! Perfect. And such a sweet silly song about a journey with the cutest choreography!"
She was ready to play her part. All the cute gestures. A hand on her hip at times. The bouncing footwork. The square dance like folk steps. The animated expressions.
We want to see it, let's go on a journey!
The three piglets leapt out of the house.
They didn't care about steep roads.
Wanting to see the sea,
they kept going even through a storm.

Senshu takes the role of the grumpy, unwilling participant in this. It is only a role though because in every chance she gets she will either smirk or wink to the other two women to reassure them that it's just this. A role. Of course for Haruhi the signals have additional meanings, as well.
"After an argument, they resisted tears.
(Is this for reals?)
Today's another step towards growing up.
(How did this even come up)
On thundery nights, if they huddled close,
(Sweet like fructose)
they wouldn't fear.
(this time it's me who will tear)
Dawn arrived.
(No comment derived)"
She sings the second voice, as well, with her own made up lyrics.
