"Hm, I'm surprised," Kazushi says. "Hinata-san's from there and didn't mention any trouble on the planet...although it is a big world, and he was probably in the middle of his security training when you were there."

"Who do you think I was helping on the World of Dreams?" he responded. "I will say, it had a lot to do with conservation."
He looked again towards the continuing sound of gunfire. "So, when the shooting stops, do we go see who won?"

"Hinata-san's supposed to send a signal if things go bad," Kazushi says. "If we get that, we run, even if the shooting is still going on, and do our best to let everyone know what happened. If we don't, then we head in and see what we can do for whoever made it."

As if on cue, the sound of radiant gunfire
stops.
"No signal from Hinata-san," Kazushi says with strained, almost forced hopefulness. "That's our cue."
