The Harbourfront is close to the sea. Azuma Beach also works, as does Nishi Beach. Early Evening and Mid Evening are taken up, so I suggest Late Afternon, Late evening or even Early Night.
Any opposition from folks to Early Night on the Harborfront?

Uhhh… I was kind of hoping for EN so it would be dark enough for, y’know, seeing the fireworks but I guess you can go for it.

Where're you setting off the fireworks from? We can have the parade end there as EN begins!

I'll set up the concert in front of Yuta Records, Late Afternoon, as a kick off of sorts to everything.

I’m thinking probably Azuma Beach? Easily the safest place to set them off.
