Checking rather than assuming: Soul of Artistry (Craft skills) would provide the flat +1 as if the head chef had Craft: Cooking 1, yes?

Hmm. It's written in a certain way, but I'm going to go with "I'll allow it".

I am a doofus and forgot to tick the box to roll with Emphasis here:

Should I reroll just the single 1? Reroll the whole pool? Forget it because I should have got it right the first time?

Easy-fix logic says you just roll the single 1. It doesn't exactly change the rest of the results.
