Fan Con enigma room question!

Players of the game may make up to 5 rolls using either Hunting(Trailblazing)/Perception, Athletics (Throwing)/Strength, Lore: Shadowlands/Intelligence, Artisan: Ikebana/Awareness, or any Melee Weapon Skill/Agility at TN15. If they pass three skill rolls, they succeed in returning to the Wall. However, each skill can only be used once. In their roll, they may call 2 Raises and if successful, this reduces the requirement to two successful skill rolls. After 5 skill roll attempts, if the player cannot achieve the required successes, they are considered lost in the Shadowlands (by the game's narrative).

About the bolded line--to get out with just two rolls, do you need to successfully call 2 raises on each of those two rolls? Or two raises on just one of the rolls?

The writing is a bit wonky but the intended working manner is:

Make 1 roll with 2 raises, pass -> Oh, I need to only succeed on one other test!

So yes, it's two raises on one roll. You don't need to call on both.

With the Commerce/Perception option, you only get Fan Points for the (successful) Raises you call. Rather than for succeeding and the raises you call.

If you have Void 2, you should only receive a max of 2 Fan Points for calling 2 Raises.

For 3rd edition rules in Nakahama by NIght, you can only call as many Raises as your Skill Ranks.

Does spending 1 VP skill allow you to call 1 Raise? I think that's what the wording would imply, but thought it best to check!
