Taraka leaned out the window with a somewhat exasperated expression.

She sighed.

"I don't suppose you actually have a replacement on hand, Kaiu-san? I understand if you need to order the part and it's not going to throw the business off too badly if the truck has to sit here for awhile. Still annoying though." she asked.

“Yeah, I’m gonna need to put in an order. It might take a day or two, but after that it’s a quick fix.” After getting the right pliers, Nagisa removes the faulty connector to the fuse and sets the operational parts of the fuse into a box she retrieved from inside her desk.

"Ah well," Taraka exclaimed, before disembarking from the truck. "Looks like I'm walking to work."

She looked over to the mechanic.

"Could you write up an estimate?" she asked.

“Ah, yeah. I could get that done no problem. If you want, I could offer you a ride if you’re pressed for time.” Now with all that settled, she takes out her densai and starts running a few calculations before popping out a rough estimate for costs.

"Hmmmm, that's quite kind of you to offer, Kaiu-san, but I'm not particularly pressed for time." she mused.

She took the invoice, and then took an abacus of all things out of her purse. With a few calculations, she nods and puts the abacus and the invoice away.

"This looks fair, Kaiu-san. Thank you for the quick service." she offers with a bow.

“I try my best to provide quick and quality service, Yasuki-sama.” A bow in return. “Have a wonderful rest of your day.”

And with that, she hurries along to get that part ordered. She was going to have to clean up so much party popper mess after all this.
