"Style is about more than clothing," Kazushi counters. "It's about one's character; how one carries themselves. A designer - even one who sets out to create goods entirely for the upper class - needs to meet his customers where they are and accept them for who they are. This place is part of the local character, so it's part of knowing and accepting the city. That makes it important."

"I.." she pauses, putting a hand to her chin. "I suppose I hadn't considered that before. Well, I did but.. hearing you say such a thing does make it all seem very real Bayushi-san. Your interest in my establishment is quite flattering, I will admit."

"I should be allowing you all to get to your meal properly, I think. However, this conversation has been delightful and given me much to think on I think " she says with a slightly bashful smile. "Would there be anything else you would ask of me before I depart. bayushi-san?"

"Not at the moment, I think," replies the Scorpion, "but I might make a return visit at some point, and would welcome the company when that occurs."

"Should I be available it would be a delight to offer you such company, Bayushi-san," she says with a pleasant smile, and begins to rise from the table. Taking the room in with a casual glance first she locks onto her next task.

"Until next we meet, may the fortunes keep you," she offers a bow.
