1) is it allowed?
2) what would the cost be for having them printed up? 1 banana?

1) Yes! Well depends. So long as it doesn't say anything in realms of "Governor/Crab/Nakahama City is bad" then yes. This is for an existing business right? Future/not realized businesses are kind of iffy. Then it goes into rumour territory.

If you have something in mind, we can potentially include it in the daily day flip

2) If this is for the festival, free! The city will cover. If it's for a local gentry business, free! It's part of their overhead. If it's something out of the blue and something out of pocket. Uhmn..

Probably 3 Koku for Nakahama City. 1 Koku of Tenjin Town. 1 Koku for the rural parts of the island. 5 Koku for full coverage.

Messages can be sent and received during normal threads following the communicator protocol.

If you want to have a thread during a timeslot that's essentially just some people messaging back and forth, that should be fine? Just make sure that you don't have a thread somewhere else at the same time slot. If you do, make sure that you integrate sending those messages within your thread.

Ok with deadline looming and wheeling and dealing, I *need* gm clarity on this:

The Clan with the most Bid Points will secure a lucrative merchant contract on the Tango Province Islands. .... This contract is approximately 3 Large Unique Holding and 10 Medium Unique Holding Gentries.

The Clan with the second most Bid Points will have a say in the planning and development of the Tango Provinces. ... This contract is worth approximately 1 Large Unique Holding and 5 Medium Unique Holding Gentries.

So, let's say the Tanuki clan pops in to existence and wins the most Bid points. Can they then say, "And Yasuki Taraka will get to be in charge of 1 of the Large Unique Holdings because she is oh so pretty and clever?" And I'll actually get that in my advantages?

I had read this as more of a flavor of just how important these contracts were, not things to actually be given out, but Tanuki-san is confusing me. Please help a confused Crab.
