[Day 10 - Early Evening] The Showdown

[Yoritomo Ochiba]

Ochiba simply barrels into Nagisa, uncaring as a distant bolt of radiant energy deflects off a pauldron. The Crab pirate is already weakened and injured, it's no contest, a quick elbow to the neck and swing of a shock fan and the Mantis has Nagisa pinned against the second story wall.

"Shit, I recognise you. Yasuki....Na-... something, right? Kind of a big name in our circles."
Ochiba pauses for a moment before starting to grin wolfishly through her faceplate.

"Well, it's nothing personal then. Don't worry, your ship will be in very good hands."
A volley of shots point blank into the Yasuki and then Ochiba grabs her by the collars and tosses the Crab out the window.

((Attack Stance, ATN 28 and 33 against first ranged, Take 8 damage from the Hiruma, free action move after Nagisa, simple action kill and defenestrate Nagisa for 37 damage, simple action shoot the Hiruma back for 11 damage))

[Boogiepop]

With Yasuki Nagisa killed and tossed out the window, as well as her forces dwelling in short order, the unfortunate corrupt Crab Clan captain's criminal machinations have come to an end. The yoriki mole and traitor, as well as True Scion #7 would escape to their car in short order to make a speedy getaway. The Hiruma marine would surrender to the overwhelming enemy forces.


Combat is Over!

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

The voice of one of the samurai on the rear guard spoke through comms for those who had them open.

"Kitsuki here- there's a vehicle going up north. I am too far away from my vehicle to pursue. Requesting advice. Over."

[Bayushi Kazushi]

Surprisingly, Bayushi Kazushi and Kurumi aren't far behind Ichitaiyo, coming in from the direction of the farmlands.

They stop dead in their tracks at the sight of the carnage left behind. As they move quietly through the scene, Kurumi spots the motionless Moto Shiwahime and turns, burying her face in Kazushi's chest. For what it's worth, her employer makes an attempt to comfort her, while he deals with his own shock.

[Agasha Sorato]

With the fight over, Sorato would scramble over to the downed bodies in his line of vision. Shiwahime first--damn it, too late! --then loping after Haruto. Hinata, Ochiba, and the friendly Crabs were all still upright, so they would be lower in priority.

((OOC: 2 Water slots and 4 Void slots to use, plus mundane healing, and haven't used all Void points yet. After day change so perhaps just RP rather than rolling? GM's call. But Sorato can probably patch you all up a good bit. ))

[Yasuki Honoka]

Honoka was busy panting a little, just a little. More from the way the heat of the moment exerted it's influence over her than any real strain of the physical labor. She kept in decent shape, not great but decent enough. So, helping Umiko carry Haruto out of the side of the building was doable even if difficult.

Having overheard the brave Moto, and caught glance of her pointing to Sorato whom she recognized indicating him as help on the way. Honoka was eager to wave him down when his eyes were searching to get his attention on Haruto soon. Once he'd been alerted she was able to take a moment to relax. Hearing the two remaining would be kidnappers race away, the sounds of arrests, people who were grievously wounded being tended to; combat was terrifying.

Almost as terrifying as... Honoka would look to Umiko, and place a hand on her own chin in deep thought.

Kiyoshi had arrived with Kazushi. He looked around for where he could help most.

"Just some chaff Ichitaiyo-san, I think like A Kuni and some gangers."
There's a pause on the other end, Ochiba clearly looking around.
"Fuck, we lost one of ours."

"Dammit! I.. am calling an ambulance. And going onto the scene." Ichitaiyo replied in comms before jogging out of the woods.

The scene was as grim as it sounded to the distance, with burnmarks littering the warehouse and strewn bodies. Still, there was no moment to hesitate as she brought out her holorecorder and began to take in as much evidence as possible.

[Bayushi Hinata]

Hinata leans out the window to look at the Pirate Captain thrown out of it, the Golden eyes whirr as the look about the scene before turning to Ochiba and nodding. "That's a way to end a fight..."

He sheathes his katana, taking a few steps towards his discarded sidearm before twitching violently and bringing a hand to his stomach. "Good grief... That's gonna sting for a few days isn't it?" He bends over to reach for the magnum, spinning it once before holstering it again under his arm.

He quickly takes the opportunity to look for Umiko, making his way towards the Kari's exit point with strained swiftness.

[Kitsune Kiyoshi]

"Your wounds should be treated, Bayushi-san." The small Fox followed Hinata.

"I'll be fine!" He says in between hissing breaths, before leaning against one of the boxes. Kami someone's gonna be mad at him for getting himself hurt! Thare was a suprisingly long list regarding that actually...

"You should check up on others... the Yasuki's bodyguard, Kuni Junpei-sama... I'll be good! I'm tougher than I look!" The hand goes to the mask, lifting it to reveal a sweating, if smiling Hinata. He flashes a warm grin. "Go Kitsune-sama. There's bigger fish to fry than me."

Ichitaiyo jogged onto the interior of the scene, observing the little exchange between the Kitsune and Bayushi for a moment.. before the Moto's still body caught her attention.

"Moto-san.." she quieted for a moment, drifting over..

"You should check up on others... the Yasuki's bodyguard, Kuni Junpei-sama... I'll be good! I'm tougher than I look!" The hand goes to the mask, lifting it to reveal a sweating, if smiling Hinata. He flashes a warm grin. "Go Kitsune-sama. There's bigger fish to fry than me."

He said with remarkable stability, his posture straightens and stabilizes as he takes one step after another towards the exit where the Karo and the other Yasuki had gone through. "I've a few choice words to exchange Kitsune-sama. Forgive me, I'm much better served by Duty rather than Compassion tonight."

There's an edge to his tone, bitter in a way his voice had never exhaled in any meeting prior. Failure, abject and complete, blood on his hands, that needn't had been spilled.

"...It suuuuucks having someone you care about in a fight though, seeing them take hits is actually kind of awful. How about we stick to group fights for just special occasions?"

"You're not going to accomplish anything if you don't take at least a moment to rest and recover," Kazushi says, his words meant to be comforting but tinged with that 'official order' tone.

The Scorpion perks up as he hears his superior's voice, like a child caught doing something naughty. He slowly turns towards the source, his face turning apologetic as a hand goes to cover his stomach.

"Ah! Kazushi-sama! I was... I was totally just-" He stammers on his words, his eyes narrow then close as an exhale escapes his mouth. "Okay you got me. A little rest. The Karo is over there, you may want to take the opportunity to speak to her."

he points towards the warehouse's side door as he leans onto one of the crates and slowly slumps down onto the floor.

"What a night."
